DIRECTIONS:
The Iroquois Library is 2 blocks south of Watterson and 1 block west of Southern Pkwy at the corner of 6th and Woodlawn.
From New Cut Road or from Fairdale:
Turn right from New Cut onto Southern Parkway (opposite the northernmost entrance to Iroquois Park). Continue on Southern Pkwy to the first light where you’ll see the L & N Credit Union on your left. The Credit Union is at the corner of Southern Pkwy and Woodlawn. Turn left onto Woodlawn. The Iroquois Library is one block down on the right at the corner of 6th and Woodlawn.
From Taylor Blvd:
Turn on either Bluegrass Ave or Ashland Ave toward Southern Pkwy (E). From Bluegrass, when you reach 6th St, turn left, go one block to Woodlawn. From Ashland, when you reach 6th St, turn right, go one block to Woodlawn. The Iroquois Library is at the corner of 6th and Woodlawn.
From Preston Hwy, Bardstown Rd, all points East:
Go West on Watterson to the 3rd St/Southern Parkway exit. At the bottom of the exit ramp will be the light at 3rd St. Go straight thru that intersection. Turn left at the next light which is at Southern Pkwy. Two blocks south of Watterson, with the L & N Credit Union and National City Bank on your right, turn right onto Woodlawn. The Iroquois Library is one block down on your right at the corner of 6th & Woodlawn.
From downtown:
Go South on 3rd St, past the University of Louisville.
Less than a mile south of the U of L, the road forks: 3rd St goes to the left, the straighter path becomes Southern Pkwy. Continue on Southern Pkwy. Two blocks south of the Watterson, turn right onto Woodlawn in between the L & N Credit Union and the National City Bank. The Iroquois Library is one block down on the right at the corner of 6th and Woodlawn.
From Dixie Hwy:
Go East on Watterson to the 3rd St/Southern Pkwy exit. At the first light, turn right onto Southern Parkway. Go 2 blocks, turn right on to Woodlawn in between the L & N Credit Union and National City Bank. The Iroquois Library is one block down on the right, at the corner of 6th & Woodlawn.
